1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon minced garlic
½ teaspoon black pepper
For the Bibimbap Sauce:
4 tablespoons gochujang (Korean chili paste)
2 2 tablespoons sesame oil
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1 tablespoon honey or sugar
1 teaspoon minced garlic
Instructions
1. Marinate the Beef
Combine Marinade: In a medium bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, and pepper.
Marinate: Add the thinly sliced beef to the marinade. Stir to coat and let it sit for at least 15 minutes while you prepare the vegetables.
2. Prepare the Vegetables & Sauce
